Agreement

By using artcraftai.online you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ArtCraft AI Online provides:

1. PhotoCraft — cloud AI image tools in the browser: text-to-image, inpaint/edit (image + mask), background removal, white background, AI scene replace, and upscale. Jobs run on third-party models (currently via Fal).
2. PdfCraft — lightweight PDF merge / optimize that runs in your browser (no server-side AI for those flows).

Features, models, credit costs, and regional free-preview rules may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.

Credits, previews, and subscriptions

• Free previews — limited weekly quotas may apply; availability can depend on region (US / Canada / Europe). Previews are not full HD export entitlements.
• Credits — purchased packs or subscription grants are consumed when HD (or paid) jobs succeed per the published credit table (e.g. rembg / white / scene / generate / upscale / inpaint). Failed jobs that return no usable image do not keep the credit charge when our refund logic applies.
• Subscriptions — renew until cancelled in Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Credit grant and expiry rules follow the plan shown at checkout and in settings.
• Prices shown in the app and Stripe Checkout must match for the selected product; taxes may apply.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Violate law, or create illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service
• Circumvent payment, rate limits, or geo / preview controls
• Resell access or scrape the service in ways that harm operations

You must have rights to images and prompts you submit. AI outputs can be imperfect (logos, text, product details may change). You are responsible for reviewing results before commercial use.

Intellectual property

• We own the site, brand, and software (excluding your content and third-party models).
• You retain rights to inputs you own. Subject to model provider terms and these Terms, you may use outputs you generate, but we do not guarantee uniqueness or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Do not scrape or reverse engineer the service beyond normal use.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. AI results are probabilistic. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that outputs will meet your legal or brand requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, in-product notice.
